When Thomas Cook collapsed in 2019, it was not only the end of the world’s first travel brand but the largest peacetime repatriation in UK history. Relaunched as an online travel agent in 2020, we were tasked to bring new meaning to the brand and diversify its audience through an innovative new travel app with inspirational bookable content at its heart. A true first for the category and a new platform at the heart of Thomas Cook’s re-launch.
